Nestled beside the iconic Roncesvalles Monastery, this beautifully restored medieval hospital makes for an ideal retreat after a long day on the Camino de Santiago. The staff's warmth and readiness to assist, even in our limited Spanish, made us feel right at home. We enjoyed a delightful buffet breakfast with a variety of local delicacies that fueled our wanderlust for another day of exploration. The spacious and clean room featured charming original stone walls and wooden ceilings, making our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend Hotel Roncesvalles for its stylish accommodations and the picturesque surroundings of Navarra-perfect for a group of design-conscious hikers yearning for relaxation after their adventures.
